Labs & Refills
Lab monitoring is required for safe hormone therapy. If labs are not completed:
- Refills may be delayed
- Therapy may be paused until labs are reviewed
No. Hormone prescriptions are dependent on lab monitoring to ensure safety and proper dosing.
Opting Out & Transitions
You may continue care through scheduled office visits. However, the following require participation in the BHRT Care Program:
- Ongoing hormone prescriptions
- Dose adjustments outside of visits
You are always free to transition care. If needed, we can provide your records to support continuity with another provider.
